Jan is our secret IT Support weapon against all things “buggy” and crashy and generally not working. Jan heads up the technical team and he will be your IT Support Manager and will make sure the team look after your network, Jan is our first point of escalation and heads up the 2nd Level support team as well as overseeing the helpdesk.
Jan is key in helping us progress the cloudberry 2 and Tech team support.
